Parking and Elevators:  From the main entrance/ER entrance, follow the driveway to the left under the sky bridge and past the admitting parking lot on the right (you should be able to see the Medical Plaza). The next right turn will be the underground parking garage for the Physician’s Offices. Park here and take the elevators to the 4th floor where you will see a bank of registration desks near the large window. PASS the registration area and go straight to our check-in desk at the end of the straight hallway. Our waiting area out front will have a large bench. *Free valet parking also available, just past the underground garage, on the right.

From I-40 West of Nashville: (from Memphis, Jackson, Dickson TN) Take I-40 East into Nashville. Exit 204B onto White Bridge/Robertson Road to the right. You will go through several traffic lights. At the intersection of Harding Road (Shell gas station will be across the street on the left), make a left turn onto Harding Road. At the 2nd traffic light on Harding, you will see St. Thomas West Hospital on the left, next to Taco Bell. Proceed to the NEXT traffic light (3rd) at the main entrance to the hospital/ ER entrance, and turn left into the entrance.

From I-40 East of Nashville: (from Lebanon, Cookeville, Knoxville, Crossville TN) Take I-40 West, toward Nashville. Exit 213A on the left (use the 2nd-to-left lane) for I-24E/I-440W to Chattanooga/Memphis. Immediately take Exit 53 (on the right) and merge onto I-440West toward Memphis. Proceed on I-440W for approximately 6 miles. Take Exit 1onto US-70S Westbound/West End Avenue (use the left side of the ramp to go West on 70S, which is Harding Road). Follow Harding Road through 4 traffic lights. Just before the 5th traffic light, you will see the main entrance/ER entrance on your right. Turn into this entrance and follow parking directions at the top of this page.

From 1-65 North of Nashville: (from Louisville, Bowling Green, KY or Hendersonville, TN) Take 1-65 South toward Nashville. As you near the downtown area, you will need to keep right on I-65S/ toward I-40W toward Memphis. Take Exit 84B on the left to merge onto 1-40W toward Memphis. Take Exit 206 on the left to merge onto I-440E toward Knoxville. Take Exit 1A for US-70S Westbound/ West End Avenue, and merge right at the traffic light onto 70S (Harding Road). Follow Harding Road through 3 more traffic lights. Just before the 4th traffic light, you will see the main entrance/ER entrance on your right. From I-65 South of Nashville: (from Cool Springs, Spring Hill, Columbia, Pulaski, TN or Alabama) Take I-65 North toward Nashville. Exit 80 to merge onto I-440W toward Memphis. Proceed on I-440W for approximately 6 miles. Take Exit 1onto US-70S Westbound/West End Avenue (use the left side of the ramp to go West on 70S, which is Harding Road). Follow Harding Road through 4 traffic lights. Just before the 5th traffic light, you will see the main entrance/ER entrance on your right.
